If you're in Taman Tinggi, Bintulu, and seeking a delightful escape from the ordinary, look no further than Tai Lee Cafe (大利茶室). This charming café is a beloved gem among locals and visitors alike, capturing the essence of Malaysian cuisine through a captivating selection of dishes.

The ambiance of Tai Lee Cafe offers a cozy and inviting setting where the aroma of freshly cooked noodles fills the air. It’s the perfect spot for casual gatherings with friends or a quiet meal to savor on your own. The café’s laid-back atmosphere enhances your dining experience, making each visit feel like a special occasion.

When it comes to the menu, Tai Lee Cafe shines with its wide array of dishes that reflect the region's culinary heritage. Perhaps the standout is the Kampua, which one customer, V. YNWA, enthusiastically declared as “one of the best in Bintulu.” The strands of noodles, cooked to perfection and served with a tantalizingly savory sauce, ensure that each bite is bursting with flavor. This dish exemplifies the delightful simplicity that keeps patrons returning for more.

If you have a taste for something different, don't miss the Kuehtiaw Kolok. Known for its robust flavor, it leaves a lasting impression that is sure to please. However, as highlighted by customer Logenthiran Manogaran, while some dishes shine, others like the mixed fish ball soup may not resonate with everyone, so be sure to explore and find your favorites. The Laksa is also highly recommended, offering a rich and spicy broth that dances on your palate, paired excellently with the equally delightful kolok noodles.

Real experiences from diners point to the value and quality found at Tai Lee Cafe. It’s clear that this café has carved its niche with affordable pricing and sincere offerings. Eugene Noah praises both the wet and dry noodles, showcasing the versatile and delicious options available. The warmth of the service coupled with the hearty meal makes for a memorable dining experience.

In summary, if you’re seeking a blend of authentic flavor and a friendly atmosphere, Tai Lee Cafe stands out as a must-visit locale in Bintulu. With each visit, you are sure to discover something new and delicious awaiting you!

Kampua here is one of the best in Bintulu, in my opinion. The price is also affordable.

Kuehtiaw kolok is good. Tried the mixed fishball soup, i can still taste fishy. Even soup is on the bland for me.

Wet and dry noodles are great! Especially Laksa and kolok.
